Worked to hold the Tom Tom but the Tom Tom won't pick up a GPS signal away from the windscreen.
I bought this item to allow the TT to be mounted on a Brodit mount next to my steering wheel but having moved the TT closer to me it lost it's GPS signal and effectively stopped working. It may work for you but it didn't for me.
