My listing was for US domestic sales only. The shipping address was a freight forwarder, the item was exported to Ecuador. The item when sent was 100% new. As a responsible vendor, when I receive a product for an international source, I open the box to check for concealed damage. The item had never been used. This buyer also contacted me over 30 days after delivery. They then attempted to extort me for money based on the feedback system. Do not do business with them.

Great and powerful little device, it’s a shame Razer will almost certainly not update it to android 13 or 14. Oh well for my purposes it’s fine as is.
