In Memory of a Great Show Man and Entertainer
We went to see Paul Daniels less than 6 months before he died.
He and Debbie had the whole audience (of all ages) captivated for over 2 hours. A great entertainer. We were in the presence of a legend with just 100 other people. Both Debbie and Paul were both happy to chat with the audience after the show.
It's sad to think that Paul was actually ill at that time but nobody knew. His death was a sad day for us both, we had met the man only a few months before. Buying these badges is just a way fo saying thank you to the man that entertained us on many a Saturday night on the tv and that one personal night in Barnsley.
Thanks to Martin for publicising the sale.
We'll be wearing our hats on the day for the great man.

Fly Trap - That Does Attract The Flies
We live in a rural area and have a problem with flies coming in through our open backdoor. Saw one of these in a local shop and thought that we would give it go.
We did not trap many at first, but it obviously wasn't the fly season.
With the hot weather they are now queuing up to get in. By placing it near the back door the flies seem to be drawn to this. Number of flies coming in to the house have reduced dramatically.
The local shop closed down, so went on eBay. Exact same thing does exact same job.
Although it looks flimsy and a bit unsightly, it does the job.

Great Little WiFi Socket
Have got a few of these and they are relatively easy to set up and use.
Compatible with Alexa so whole house and outdoor lights all automated.
I would not use them as USB chargers even though they do have a USB port.
Easy to switch off manually using the button on top.
Only thing is that green means off and red means on. But you can now turn off the indicator with the latest firmware update.
