Full body workout for anyone at any age.
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Great Video! She describes exactly why your doing what you do in the video. A full body workout. You can put as much or as little as you want into it. I definitely feel more flexible and my posture has improved. It was nice to see someone 65 in such good shape and you don't have to kill yourself doing these exercises.
And 4 workouts only 30 minutes each. Perfect! I've bought many exercise dvd's and this is the only one I look forward to doing everyday. I'm 59 this year. I ran every day until I hurt my knee. Yoga was very difficult because most of what you do puts pressure on your knees. This is a great video. Highly recommend.

The quality and condition was perfect. The appearance was deceiving. They are very tiny earrings. Almost like for a child. Thought they were bigger in size. Disappointed.
