  I made an offer on the item and received a message back from the seller accepting my offer. A couple of hours later the seller send me a message telling me that he did not accept my office and refused to sell me the item for that amount. I sent him a screen shot of his acceptance. The only action on his past after that was to refund me my money. You can not trust this guy to accept offers. Since he accepted my offer I stopped bidding on other items. Now I am out of both.

  I told you I never seen your so called counter offer of $55 I did send to you a offer for the $62. I told you I talked to ebay they said it was an error on their end somehow and I am still waiting to hear back from them and again I told you this. as for not trusting me until now 19 yrs I am on ebay you are the first and only negitive I have ever recieved. So please reconsider this - mark. your not out any $$ & there is a 1999 for $55 listed. I will be in touch with ebay to fix this mess.
