Large Roaster Non Stick Cooking Oven Baking Roasting Tray Tin Pan V Shape Rack

Only used once, but it did the trick

Roasted a large chicken using it. The rack meant that the chicken was ungreasy, without being dry, and that all the fat and juices were nicely separated for making the gravy. The pan itself seems solid, and was easy to clean. Just fits in our oven, and a little tricky to get in and out, but the handles make it much easier.

Compact, but very nice indeed

Surprisingly easy to get on with, despite a very small travel. One thing I wasn't expecting is pressure-sensitive mod and pitchbend buttons. Velocity and aftertouch curves infinitely user-settable. Aftertouch is responsive. Supplied box can act as carrying case. Haven't used the breakout cable yet, but having expression and sustain is a great feature on a desktop keyboard.

Does what it says - well

Compact, but big enough not to be missed by your foot. Single hard-wired cable (means it can't be used as a guitar volume pedal), switchable polarity and variable sweep. Good positive feel (using this with a Studiologic NX2X).
