Devcon30-Minute Epoxy
If you need epoxy, I believe it impossible to find any better than Devcon. I use Devcon 30 Minute Clear and get great results. This epoxy will “dry” in 30 minutes in my experience in most cases, but it needs ~24 hours to completely cure/set.

In the book, Tying Flies the Paraloop Way, Ian Moutter explains an interesting and enjoyable method of tying emergers, or flies that float in the top of the water column, the surface film usually, where flies unsuccessful at taking wing are trapped and die. This is where fish feed and eat their fill. This is also where successful fishermen place their flies in an attempt to fool the fish and catch a prize. Tying Flies the Paraloop Way by Ian Moutter (2002) helps me do that.
