Perfect everyday watch.
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich I've owned three of these watches in the last 5+ years. I wear them at work (as a field engineer) and when dinghy sailing and lost the first somewhere after being bashed about for years, I'm wearing the second and have just bought another for spare.
Incredible value, excellent time keeping and long reserve in case you don't wear it all day every day. I love the looks, easy readability and the reliability plus find the day/date invaluable.
I'll wear one of these every day as long as I can get them and keep my more expensive watch for those days I don't wear this. Why hang £1000s on your wrist every day and risk it out in the rough when one of these looks so good and works so well? Similarly you don't have to wear a plastic battery watch to save your prized hand-wound chronograph...

Pilot Custom Urushi
A magnificant pen, for anyone unsure, this is really a superb pen though perhaps questionable value if the full RRP was paid. If bought as discount then it stands among its flagship pen peers on merit.
The nib is glorious, a true representation of Pilot's best nib making and QC. If you enjoy the #15 nib in the 743/823/845 pens then this is more of the same in every way.
The finish is flawless, it's almost so perfect it seems too good to be Usushi, though that is somewhat a Pilot/ Namiki hallmark. The fit and finish is perfect, the con-70 (urushi version) ink system ideal and worthy in this pen, an eyedropper shut-off valve design would have been great but Namiki covers this already.
The only reservation I have is for the girth of the pen at the section. Although it's not hugely wider than the MB149 here, it may not suit all hands. If that were any concern I can recommend the Pilot Custom 845 as a worthy alternative, being lighter, somewhat more wieldy in hand and having a similarly soft and generous 18k nib with the same ink capacity.

Moana's Island Adventure
Good kit, loved by my 6 year old daughter, it goes well with the other Moana sets too.
Basic build and several individual pieces made once the kit is assembled so some opportunity for playing and experimental/ free build.
