Exactly as product is described
Came in good condition. Just have to be careful with the lock, it can be hard to reprogram at first and you might get locked out if you're not careful.

Works as expected
It works well for color deposition for color maintenance (on lighter hair - it doesn't do much on brown hair). It does wash out somewhat quickly, but honestly that's the expectation for any red hair coloring.
