Best render sealant
K Rend K pro sealer is water based so easy to apply and wash brushes, rollers etc. I applied 2 coats as recommended, the 2nd coat was beading up on the surface so I knew the first coat was effective..it went a lot further than expected, but surface I was applying it to was new and not too absorbent as it had waterproofer added.
I'm sure the treatment will be effective over the long term, and protect the surface I now enjoy the look of. The other alternative is painting the render...every 4/5 years?

Simple to apply, great finish
You can't go wrong with this paint, been using it for years on practically every metal surface, lasts for years! You can use ordinary cellulose thinners with it
