oversink heater
seems well put together. like that you can control water temp as it has hot and cold taps. although tap connections from tank to tap control seem a bit loose fitting . but they don't leak at all . need quite a lot of space above sink to fit heater and tap controls compared to the one it was replacing, overall a good replacment

wireless door bell
fitted [2 weeks]and as yet works perfectly, will have to see in a few weeks whether the waterproofing of bell switch works as had other bells in past that don't last to long. loud ringing or tunes in side of house can hear easily. looks good quality
