First off, it was sold as new, but the box is torn as though someone had gotten into it. It was very carefully packaged for safe shipping and I appreciate that, but it took 21 days to receive it from the day I won it. The positive thing is that it was a great price and very fair shipping cost, but because of slow service and the told box (it was supposed to be new), I'm a tad disappointed.

Hoover Elite Vacuum
I think this is an excellent vacuum. Very Light, great suction,great carpet beater,nice light in front,easy to unwrap cord release,seems quite to me, seems to hold a large amount of dirt, reaches under furniture very well. Dislike cost of replacement bags(cost $5.00 each. The canister carry-around vacuum is very powerful but also has an expensive bag that must be purchased.
All in all I still love it and I think for the $186 dollars I spent on EBAY for it(It sells for $350 at Walmart)I am very happy!
