Fascinating Insight into the Human Imagination
Bought this after seeing the author’s work exhibited at Edinburgh’s Talbot Rice Gallery. Maps showing a world that doesn’t exist in a geopolitical sense but draws upon our ability to dream and draw our own maps to illustrate our perception of a world as we alone can see it.
Looking around our local spaces, we interpret the same information as we alone can see it but still have the ability to share with other peoples’ viewpoints. Quite a remarkable book.

A Wonderfully Maddening Read
Another wonderfully entertaining and informative book from Edward Brooke-Hitching. The ideal accompaniment to a Gin and Tonic as you dip into a fanciful array of facts littering the world of books.
