Item didn't fit, so I initiated return. I used address label provided by Ebay from seller. Seller opened case to refuse refund because the wrong return address was used. This through seller's admission is because she had failed to update her address on account. In no way am I at fault! It is Seller's responsibility to provide correct return address. I advise strongly against using a Seller who penalizes buyer for their own mistakes!

Android smart and fast processor

Even though this is an older android, it does EVERYTHING the new ones can. The QWERTY slide out keyboard is nice when you don't want to use touch screen (which it has both of). 3g, 4g capable. sturdy and functional. I've owned it before and bought it again. It's a little heavier than the newer phones, but I think this is a good thing. $100 isn't a bad price to pay for it. With a 5megapix cam the photos are awesome, the only thing it's missing is the front facing camera. This device certainly does NOT disappoint.

Great phone! Very sturdy and it’s waterproof!!

This was a nice buy! My hubby hates having new devices but he was totally happy with this phone. I liked the 7 because it had a metal casing and it very sturdy.
