Small But Mighty...
I had accidentally broken my older model Sony clock radio, which was a good unit, but was bigger and boxier, with analog tuning only. This radio is smaller with great sound and quality feel with more features, and digital tuning with the ability to set 5 stations, so I can go to my favorites with the push of a button. Has a flexible little wire antenna out the back, which seems to work well because radio reception is stellar for a clock radio. Has two alarms and the sleep timer, all very intuitive to set. A great find.

Fine Kitchen Ware
This knife is a little beast! It oozes quality construction, from its weight to the smooth fit of the wood grips to the full tang steel. I think it's worth more than the entire rest of our Ginsu knife set. It cuts through a variety of food with ease and cleans up well.
