LOVE IT!
I was a little nervous about purchasing this product at first because I had read several not-so-great reviews about it being a sub-par product. Well, I'm glad I took the leap and bought it anyway! I have 3 dogs, 3 cats, 2 teens, & a husband that track in dirt on a daily basis. A mop just doesn't cut it! The first time I used this machine the dirty water was so gross and the amount of pet hair it picked up was unbelievable! I cleaned out the machine & brushes & cleaned my floor again. The dirty water was really dirty again! Wow. My floors felt so much cleaner and the house smelled so much fresher. It's easy to fill and to clean. So glad I purchased this machine!
