Ok purchase
Upon receiving my item I fitted elastic everything fit perfectly to my pole took it fishing and it snapped clean in half luckily I was resetting the elastic after catching a fish.... so no issues while having a fish on the end of it.. snapped at the top on the second section i have been elasticating my own poles for 10 years so my guess is the section I purchased was a low quality piece and was damaged in the strain of the fish previous and was weakened enough to snap.. unsure of this brand will go somewhere else in future I think it would be ok for small fish under 1 lb
