Tastes nice, and nice and thick - packed with energy.
I like this better than other gels. Tastes better, but seems to me to be a slower release and longer lasting energy than other gels I have tried. Great stuff.

Saved my Crossmax wheels from the scrapheap.
Two of my sets of Crossmax MTB wheels were pretty much un-useable because of the slop that had developed in the freehub over time. This is caharcteristic of the wheels. They would continually experience little hops in the drivetrain which made the wheels unrideable. This fabulous little kit has meant that I have been able to start using my wheels afresh... for the foreseeable future. And they are a brilliant wheel worth saving. All the slop in the freehub has gone, PLUS the wheels spin faster than before thanks to the ceramic bearings. Very well done hubdoctor
