Contacted seller and was given some crazy excuse about having a battery so has to be shipped by ground ?!?! But ordered another DVD from another person and received it in 3 days !!! And it was dirty, could have wiped it off before shipping! Glad I wasn’t in a hurry for this item !

GREAT PRINTER
I like the printer, just wish I had bought one with a scanner...but I can get a stand-alone one. I really like the wireless feature as I have two computers in my apartment...in different rooms. This is my first printer and I am very pleased...it was a brand-new unit and set-up was fairly easy.
