Does what it says on the tin except for dark tiles
If you want to cover old tiles this product works really well. It does leave a gloss look finish.
It doesn't however cover in one coat if you are painting over dark tiles. The instructions did point out this. It took three coats to cover dark brown travatene tiles. So as it's like gloss I took two long days to complete the project. I cant say whether it would cover lighter tiles in one coat.

This regulator freezes up in cold weathe...
This regulator freezes up in cold weather. We have never had this issue with another regulator. We are swapping it back and throwing this one away.
