BUY IT!
If you're looking for the evidence that food makes a difference in brain health... and a plan to go with it, this book is for you. This is an easy to understand book that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve their brain function, prevent dementia or slow its progression and generally improve their health and longevity.

TOTAL DECEPTION
DO NOT BUY THIS unless you actually WANT a piece of junk! It is SO SMALL that it looks like it came from a cracker jack box. VERY DISAPOINTED in the product AND in people who would sell it for at a price of $24.00! I may as well have just ripped the money up and threw it away.

TOO QUIET
The whistle itself is fine but it is SO QUIET, it's basically useless.
