The DVD skipped at a certain section. But when I cleaned the CD with some water it played smoothly again.

Uplifting Relaxing Gospel CD
Loving this CD. I enjoy listening to Sarah's voice which is a crossover between classical and pop. Her voice is very relaxing . The songs are also melodic and uplifting with gospel allusions and some having the message of Jesus. Since she also sings classical, there is the added bonus of full orchestral backing for many of her songs which you don't always get from the average pop singer.
I really hope she does more gospel type albums like this in the future since I only enjoy listening to uplifting gospel lyrics. For some of us continual lyrics about romantic love and loss are irrelevant to us now.
Highly recommended CD.

Simple Self Sabotage Remedies
This book is a very good read. It describes in detail self sabotaging habits that people can experience in nearly every area of life eg. thinking patterns, relationships, money and work-life. Many suggestions help to confirm that I was doing some things right. I found many of the faulty thinking patterns described were very helpful and helped me become more self aware. The author gives very tips that can be put into practice in a simple way. This books is definitely worth buying and reading.
