If the motor is turned right down (switch on the trigger) this can be used to blow off the loose 2nd coat of my dog in the summer rather than finding it all round the house.
Turn it on and direct at the loose parts (usually the hind quaters in my dogs case) and rub the legs and watch the fur cloud commence. (Sensible note: If its uncomfy for your hand to be in direct "blow" - don't use it on the dog at that speed - turn it down!) Only downside is its a little noisy being this close - so might invest in a hose.
At £30, it beats the £500 air pumps that do exactly the same thing

Tidy PoE wireless LAN

This can work as a stand alone unit, or it appears it can be linked back to a central control unit too.
Ethernet 1 is the incoming PoE connection and LAN connection and Ethernet 2 can act as a pass through connection.
Setup took a few minutes extra, as I didn't follow the instructions and the device got an IP on my network. Keeping it off the network so it didn't get a DHCP address and I was up and running in 20 mins.
My PoE connections are all 100 Full and this is what it reported as. I can't speak for any 1GHz connections.
DON'T use this if you've a traditional home network, unless you have a PoE injection adapter or a PoE switch. If you don't know what PoE stands for, this isn't the switch for you.
