Lightweight and accurate
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich The only complaint I have about it is that the workouts that I most often do - Zumba and Aqua Aerobics - aren't options under the workout types. It does tell me that it recognizes Zumba as cardio and Aqua Aerobics as swimming, but that still doesn't tell me what to choose for Zumba if I want to set the timer - running? walking? workout? I'm not sure. There are a few things I haven't figured out yet, but I've only been using it for a week. My 4yo grandson figured some things out for me! So maybe I just need to get him to teach me how to use it. It's a little bigger than I would prefer, too - kind of masculine - but I can live with the size. I love that I can monitor how I sleep each night, too, and that I can wear it in the shower if I choose.

Great help for marriages!
It's very insightful for men and women regarding what husband and wives need to thrive and relate better to each other. The examples especially help to put the concepts into practice.
