  The item was mislaid by the courier but a quick email to the seller was replied to within the hour and a replacement item dispatched, it arrived two days later. This is a good seller to do business with. Item exactly as described and good value, well packaged.

  The product arrived very quickly, well packaged although found to be faulty, with some essential assembly pieces missing. I contacted the seller to request a return of the item. they responded promptly and accepted accepted the return and a refund of the full purchase which was dealt with promptly and free of hassle. Great eBay seller, cant say the same for the product, but these things happen and Home-Store dealt with it to my complete satisfaction. Would I buy from them again? Yes, I would.

  Arrived yesterday. Accurate description.. Fast dispatch & delivery. Was dissapointed it was not better protected when packaged, only a grey polythene bag with label considering size. Arrived bent and bag damaged. Left on carpet overnight in attempt to flatten it. At first sight board itself does not appear to be damaged Note to seller! Pls. Consider better protection & maybe Do not bend warning tape for A1 size. Thank you.  ☆☆☆☆☆

  Arrived on time but two where damage in manufacturing not delivery, i contacted the seller whe sent out a new box of 4 straight away, would definitely use this seller again without hesitation, great value and look great of a night sunken in the decking.

  Arrived yesterday very well packed put them out as soon as I received them about 2.30p.m wondered if they would work there they were shining brightly & there still shining brightly at 6.15 the next morning so very well pleased. Highly recommend this seller. Thank you. A1++++
