Wish I had bought one earlier
Very good for washing and vacuuming hard floors in one go so saves time and produces a better result.
One negative aspect is that it leaves about 1" round the edge that has to be washed by hand.

Very easy to use and effective

Good sander but should be supplied with an extraction adaptor.
Good orbital sander although the supplied bag does not catch all the dust. Would have thought it would come with an adaptor to fit standard extraction hose but it doe not and it is too small a connection for all my existing adaptors so will need to get one so that the extraction is up to par.
