Like that it is stranded
Stranded wire makes this product more flexible. I think this will work great for my Field Day dipole.

Outdoor TV antenna
This is the second one of these I have bought. The first one is still fine and up in the air. I have bought some of the cheap ones and they are just that, cheap. This one works great. It is a more traditional design which has stood the stand of time. I'm a ham radio operator and have built antennas before I can tell this is a good one.
