built incorrectly
the design is incorrect. weight indication varies according to where the weight is placed in the pan because the weight force is not transmitted in line with gravity but via a lever effect which indication which will be greater with increased distance from the center of pan. bad design. disaster

details of switchcraft 35HDNAU
has word Chicago stamped on inside contact. Switchcraft is Chicago to best of my knowledge. This connector appears to be of typical usa made switchcraft very good quality. have not connected wires yet but this appears to be a high quality connector. and the price is appropriate
