  First of all, the item I purchased could not be tracked. Then I received a postage due notice in my mailbox but have no idea what I might owe postage on so I was stressing about it. I called the post office to find out. It took a while but I finally got through. I couldn't believe seller didn't pay for the shipping as advertised. What a hassle. I do not have the time or any left over patience for this sort of shenanigan with "free shipping" Will not buy from seller again.
