Nice sounding amp if you can get one that works
I bought this amp from looking at some videos on you tube , the first one arrived DOA no lights or anything so I sent it back, the second one was dead also but I opened it up and found a broken fuse holder with the fuse laying loose in the amp, the fuse holder looked to be very poorly designed, I hooked a aligator clip between the wires and the amp worked so I played it for a while and it does sound pretty sweet , I thought that I would like the first channel with the bass and treble controls but I liked channel two with the rotary 6 posistion tone control best , the speakers sound pretty good , at first since I had the chassis out of the cabinet (this voids the warranty by the way) I played the amp through a 25 wt greenback that's mounted in a epiphone valve junior and it sounded pretty good and then hooked up the speakers in the combo and I noticed a little less bass responce but they sound like they'er voiced for the amp pretty well , I didn't play it too long with the amp out of the cabinet But I sure liked it , anyway I'm going to keep it , I took it to the shop to get it repaired , but it's been a lot of heartache and over a month now since I first ordered it

Keeps your cables from getting tangled up
These things work really well for a Musician trying to keep all the cords and cables from becoming a tangled mess,
I bought a small bag about 10 years ago and still have a few that work, I lost some and the rubber bands only last so long but they work Great :)

Smooth Vintage sound with a touch of Twang
Sweet vintage sounding humbuckers,
Most of the PAF style pickups I've tried lately have had a tinny piercing treble sound that was really high fi like I was playing my amp through speakers with tweeters,
The Tonerider Alnico II pickups set up with 500k push pull pots have nailed the sound I've been trying to achieve, wired with series /parallel switching they can sound like a warm Telecaster Twang to full humbucker output with still a little Twang with no shrillness ,
My Explorer Custom has now become my #1 for gigging because it does my Telecaster sounds maybe even better than My Telecaster and will still rock out in Series mode for harder rock sounds like Rocky Mountain Way.
I play through Classic non master volume amp designs using an Attenuator and a boost pedal for leads,
I just bought another set today for my Epiphone Korina Explorer along with push pull pots,
I should be able to bring only two guitars to gigs now <3
