Great smoker. Priced perfectly. Fun to use. Solid unit.
The smoker keeps up with a consistent heat. You can always adjust the temperature up and down with the thermostat or use the vent on the top of the unit. Even on a windy or cold day, the smoker keeps a consistent temperature. The only thing I didn't like about the unit is it requires wood chips in order to smoke. Cleaning it was a bit of a chore as well, but most of the parts were removable and soakable, so that part was a cinch.
