  It's unfortunate. The item was packed well. the quality of material matched the description. Instead of 250g of contents as described, the seller shipped only 220.82 g to me, exclusive of packaging. I notified him via EBay,in a friendly reasonable manner, pointing out that while the dollar amount of deficiency averaged out to less than $6 the weight discrepancy was 13%, which is very significant. His reply was disingenuous & dismissive, just ship back. My time is worth more, I can not recommend

  I received your message and replied immediately. Weigh was checked by me and Post office and there was no difference of 30 grams as you mentioned. So, two weight scales showed the same result but your weight scale gave a difference of 30 grams, doesn't seems logical at all....you have any right to place a negative feedback as I have the right to block you from my future listings, something which I already did.
