It is fantastic for active people as it helps to promote recovery by increasing blood circulation which can help with sore and stiff muscles. This can also be applied to people with sedentary lifestyle as the increase of blood flow is can help reduce the tension of sitting in the same position for long periods of time. It is applicable and beneficial for all sorts of lifestyle. It comes with 5 interchangeable heads which includes round, spinal, flat and two types of bullet. To fully take advantage of the massage gun, use the designed heads to target certain areas. Having someone to assist can further enhance the experience such as hard to reach areas like your back. Not only is it beneficial for health, I find that sharing and taking turns using it on hard to reach spot with loved ones is a fun and a bonding activity. It is wonderful when you can spread happiness and better health from such a cool gadget. From my experience, the battery lasts anywhere from 3-6 hours depending on the intensity of usage. It is quiet and rated at 55-75 decibels. Being ergonomic, the grip is nice and easy to handle. Overall, great quality at a terrific value!

It is a book basically equivalent to Health 101 stuff.
This book is pretty much equivalent to Health 101 materials. May be outdated in a couple of years, but it seems a lot of other Health related fields are using this book for the equivalent to Health 101.
