  When seller was notified the package had not yet arrived after 14 days, I was immediately given a full refund and offered a 20% discount when the item became available again. Very prompt and gracious communication.

  Item is great and exactly as described! Shipping cost seemed a bit excessive to me ($42 and some change), especially for not receiving the item for several days. When I asked seller about shipping cost, the response was that EBay determined the cost, not the seller.
