The Classic DC Story
This book is a thorough, detailed story, connecting all characters and events "DC" related. All gaps are filled in, questions answered, and most importantly, heroes and superheroes presented, defined, and recognized. The story is fun, the artwork grand. This is a classic must read, in itself an event.

Only a Spectacular Cover
If you judged this comic by its cover, you'd be left wanting more. The premise for this story has promise... but the delivery just ain't there... The story art is worse. Captain America looks drunk and/or constipated. Other people's faces are drawn with glowing, upturned noses. This disturbing trend detracts from the story and ruins it. A waste of a great Kirby Monster cover.
