  PACKAGE HEAVILY CRUSHED DURING SHIPMENT, THERE WAS TEAR IN A SIDEWALL AND THE BOTTOM SPLIT OPEN. UPON OPENING IT, I FOUND THE CONTENTS WAS TURNED ON IT'S SIDE, THE SPARKPLUG WAS BROKEN OFF AND THE TANK CAP WAS MISSING. ALL THE DAMAGE COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED IF THERE WAS MORE INSULATION TO CUSHION THE ITEM. THE ITEM SHIFTED AROUND IN THE BOX. FOR THE PRICE OF SHIPPING I WAS EXPECTING A LOT TIGHTER FITTING BOX WITH MORE CUSHIONING.

  I don't understand how it could have been torn open it was sent in a STEEL container that was locked with four separate locks! I wrapped the engine a number of times in bubble wrap and then proceeded to put so much paper and packing that there is no way it got loose. I want to see pictures and you should have contacted me before leaving a negative feedback.
