The Ridgid cordless SDS plus is a convenient way of drilling holes in concrete. An SDS plus is a must for concrete as a regular drill with a hammer function just doesn't cut it. This can also be used for tile demo and other tasks.

The Fluke 115 meter is excellent for automotive and residential electrical work
The Fluke 115 is an excellent meter for automotive or residential electrical work. It's reliable, it's tough, and it's very responsive. It's the only meter I feel comfortable probing lethal voltages with (within spec, of course). Pros may want to go for the Fluke 117 meter for ghost voltage detection, especially if they're diagnosing circuits in a commercial setting.

I bought a broken Ridgid digital inflator for my electronics repair hobby, but these seem like good units for airing up tires or other light duty tasks.
