Works with SichboPVR on Windows 10

The receiver works well as a receiver once set-up. Don't bother with the supplied software; it's very poor. The a more up-to-date driver is on the Internet. After much fiddling I found that SichboPVR is a good option for software. I didn't even try the aerial as I had a wall socket to the roof-top one. I have dumped the remote too. SichboPVR does not interpret the buttons correctly. In short, for Windows 10: Get the just the latest driver from the net, but ignore the software. Install driver and plug in. Install SichboPVR and it should find it an work.

Well built

This is a very well built PCB properly designed to handle current. It appears that the switching signal is rectified to be connected either way round, and possible isolated. My big criticism is the lack of a technical specification, or a circuit, to be able to be sure of its exact behaviour and limits. Hillyheights CEng
