  Had to return the item because it wasn't right for my application and for some reason unknown to me I had to pay $20 and the return shipping. So it cost me 33.88 to purchase the item, wait a week to receive the item, discover the item was wrong, and ship it directly back faster than what it was shipped to me in the first place. No explanation, just a partial refund. Beyond frustrating to say the least.
