Sizes are skimpy
I found the sizes very small, more Asian sizes than European. Acceptable material although they were not used as the child said the material was "itchy".
Colours very true to photos.

Much better than expected. Recommended.
Having very long, fine and wavey hair I was not sure if this curler would fry my hair, so on the first day I was very cautious and started at the lowest heat setting.
The results were very reassuring so I upped the heat setting and found the ideal heat and time setting for the results I wanted.
Surprisingly easy to operate as long as you don't try to put too much hair in at one time. If you do it beeps at you and rejects the hair, switching itself off at the same time as a safety measure, so you must remember to switch back on to continue heating and curling.
I found it easy to use on the sides of my hair and not too heavy, however curling the hair at the back of my head would be easier with someone else to do it for me. It may be much easier to manage for someone with a shoulder length bob or similar.
The waves and curls were well defined and lasted well for three days even with coming and brushing every day.
Recommended as a low to mid priced heat curler.
