Exactly as described and good quality
Exactly as described, and easily tested. 10 year life without changing batteries is very convenient. Other than testing, you won't know if it is working until the real thing! This isn't the cheapest, but with such a long lifespan, a few pounds either way is insignificant.

Good looking filter fits perfectly
Does the job exactly and cabin smells eliminated. A bit fiddly getting the glove box out but you only have to release the clips on the end of the filter box and you don’t have to remove it.

Prolongs the life and quality of the machine
Although it clearly is required if the existing seal is leaking, it prolongs the life of the machine from an odour perspective as they are difficult to clean thoroughly. The fixing to the drum casing is by far the trickiest part of the operation as it really needs a third hand to hold what you have already fitted in place whole you work your way around. Washing up liquid is essential to get it slipped into place. The front edge onto the machine casing is much easier.
