  I don’t normally write reviews but this seller really knows what customer service is. The screen arrived quickly and was packaged well. The seller contacted me to ask which model it was being fitted to and sent me step by step instructions which were perfect. My dad’s very happy to have his favourite radio fully functional again. I can’t thank you enough!

  Item is as described, the delivery took a day longer which I think was due to the bad weather in the north of UK, snow. Seller, responded quick, asked for the radio model and send me a link with instruction. Exactly as others described in their review.   Excellent communication from the seller, item arrived promo tot and well packaged. I managed to open the radio successfully and fitted the new LED. Unfortunately, I managed to break the Clips that hold the ribbon on to the PCB. My fault, nothing to do with the new LED. New LED does work intermittently, I just need to find a fix. Top seller though!

  Best customer service! Because I was quite local to the seller the item was hand delivered (promptly). Guide for fitting part was clear and easy to follow. If I had found it difficult seller made it clear he was available for advice and assistance. Fantastic experience. So glad to have fixed my device and prevented e-waste!
