  Two glasses arrived broken, paid almost $20 for shipping and they were only wrapped in bubble wrap and thrown loosely in a thin box. No “fragile” label on outside of box. Tried reaching out three times over a week for the seller to make it right, no response.

  Buyer reached out in hysterics, I refunded them over 40% of their purchase price. They were actually packed tightly and double boxed. This buyer is a drama queen Sellers beware of this buyer. Avoid this buyer, avoid the drama. Left negative feedback before I had the chance to refund them anything, but still did the right thing and refunded the money.
