  Excellent seller, the lens was very well packaged and arrived exactly as described, working flawlessly. Shipping itself was incredibly quick; the seller offered to post using a quicker service than advertised which was hugely appreciated! Stellar service and would buy from again.

  Firstly, this is not negative FB disguised as neutral. In fact it’s more positive only, the item has not arrived and this is NOT the fault of the seller. Communications have been quick, polite, reasonable and fair. The issue lies with Royal Mail and their apparent incompetence at being able to deliver (or possibly even locate) my package. Untracked service used so, no way of knowing. Feels unfair to request refund for price paid, I can swallow the loss. It may still arrive but after 12 days?
