  Item was received with frame damage due to poor packaging. Box had been dropped on one side and bent the case of the unit, as it had little cushioning (2 layers of bubblewrap) around it for a 35LB unit. I'll keep it and repair the damage, but very disappointed.

I was trusting the double-thick packing box that was similar to what McIntosh used. Just let me know what you think about a partial refund. Thank you,
