While I've only used a couple of time, I am very, very impressed with this and truly recommend it. I have light brown hair but have lots of blond high lights AND I'm hypothyroid which takes it's toll on hair, dry, breakage, very brittle hair. I applied this product to damp hair and left it on for about an hour. I shampooed, rinsed and used conditioner. This product left my hair shiny and feeling great without weighing it down! UNLIKE oil treatments which I have not been happy with. I feel it is very good results and reasonably priced.
