Save money and DIY
I was receiving message "auxillary battery malfunction" on the display. To replace battery at main dealer, which also includes diagnostics and fitting would have been close to £225. This battery cost less than £80, is a genuine mercedes replacement part and therefore does not infringe any warranty, Took me less than 15mins to replace. Good product and with warranty.

Perfect tool that does the job.
Having just used the removal tool for the first time, I followed the instructions carefully. It worked a treat. I had struggled to remove the screw/bolt holding the euro lock in place, having tried numerous methods, that resulted in the screw head completely stripped. This tool was fantastic and removed the screw/bolt within a couple of minutes. Follow the instructions and try the smaller of the two bits first. I did exactly that and I cannot fault the Trend removal bit, and have no hesitation in recommending it.
