"Black Venus" film- my take on it.
I find that it is more interesting to me because it is a historically true story. As morally disgusting as it is what happened to this person when you further research you find most of the information accurate. Grant that it is not an American film so I am not evaluating it in comparison to any US films. It emotionally effected my intellect. Enjoyed it! Thanks.

Just my opinion
I think I expected more from the book but I would say it's a very quick read and has good information. I would have liked to see what specific nutrients are gained from each food choice. I do think that the content is helpful though. I think I would add more content (by decreasing the font size) for the price otherwise to me it's a deluxe brochure. This is just my opinion and I do not intend to offend the author. I hope this helps.
