Nice phono amp for traditional MM cartridges, with Aux input feature.
Nice to have a volume control knob on the unit, and great to have an Aux input for regular signal level inputs (phone or tablet). The amplifier has good S/N ratio, probably in the high 60's dB range. The power supply is a DC wall-wart type and has pretty low noise. I tested this with various AC plug orientations against a quiet 12V battery supply. Very pleased with this unit which amplifies my AR XA-1 turn table with XV-15 MM cartridge into a dedicated amplifier unit.

Lower Noise, stiffer voltage regulation, good for audio applications.
This toroidally wound transformer worked great in my audio amplifier power supply.
I do wish it had an aux winding for some 12V dc circuits.. no problem, just add some more turns.
I do wish it had a shield between the main AC and output windings to help reduce some more hum.
But the big upside is that toroidal transformers give much lower noise and stiffer voltage regulation than conventional E core with bobbin transformers.
