Horrible company, no wonder they can't compete with Google nest.

This company resideo who runs the Honeywell home stuff is a nightmare to deal with. I bought this used, and they had an asinine policy that they had to get permission from the prior owner to register it to my account. To protect them. From the potential theft of a trivial sensor. Just be aware of you buy used or want the flexibility to sell it.
